Allen Gaddis has been a Mexico Beach resident his entire life.  His first job was at Putt Putt Golf where Cathey’s Hardware is now.  He was 14. His father, an entrepreneur, built and operated the Wayside Beach Supply and Downstairs Oyster Bar from 1969 to 1988 (now known as Toucan’s). Allen operated the Downstairs Oyster Bar from 1980 to 1985.. He also owned and operated the popular “Hidden Lagoon” from 1995 to 2000. His family also built the Gulf Front Buena Vista Motel and operated it from 1973 until selling in 2000.

Allen is Home Grown and VERY knowledgeable about the area.  He has many years of construction knowledge and can answer those important questions about structure, remodel costs, zoning, setbacks, flood zones, etc. Allen has represented Developers, Investors, Residential, Condos, Vacation Rental, Lots/Land and Commercial, Buyers or Sellers.

Allen is the “Go To Realtor” for homes, land, and more in Mexico Beach, Beacon Hill and St Joe Beach; and the entire area of “The Forgotten Coast of Florida.
