I was not sure where I wanted to buy property, but I was interested in looking at purchasing land to build a home along the Gulf Coast. I stumbled upon Carol’s website Forgotten Coast Realty. I knew nothing about the area. The listings on her website were very helpful in my search and I eventually reached out to her at the last minute to see if she could show me some lots. Carol was very responsive, informative and helpful in guiding my decision to purchase not 1 but 2 lots on St. George Island. Carol promptly responded to my multiple late night emails, calls, texts and inquires. If she did not have an answer …she would let me know when she would get back to me. I liked that she was not a pushy Realtor just looking to close a deal. She provided me the information I needed, so I could make an informed decision. If anyone is looking to relocate from up North (I’m from Indiana) Carol definitely knows the Forgotten Coast area and I would highly recommend utilizing her services in order to own your own piece of paradise!
