Carol did a great job for our family selling our property. Her superior knowledge of the market got us more for our property than we thought possible. She was incredibly responsive. No other realtor we contacted responded as quickly – within a matter of minutes – and that’s why we initially selected her. She was always available by phone or would respond to a voice message, text or an email within a matter of minutes. She was always cordial. She always seemed to have a positive, upbeat attitude. Her communications skills are superlative. We may not have been the easiest of clients – a committee of 3 out-of-state co-owners selling a property long-distance. Everything she sent out had to go out in triplicate. Carol never missed a beat! She was tenacious in representing our interests through a process that lasted several months. I know she showed and sold many other properties at the same time, but we felt as if we were her only clients, and our property was the only one she had listed. I admire her professionalism greatly. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone with property to buy or sell, and if I ever need a real estate professional in her area again, Carol Erwin will be the first person I will call!
