Austin moved from Tallahassee to Mexico Beach in 2003 and graduated from Port Saint Joe High.

In addition to understanding residential real estate and construction, Austin has direct working experience in selling land and commercial properties. Austin is also the Vice President of Community Development Alliance Group, Inc., a nonprofit organization that specializes in providing quality affordable housing in the North Florida area.
